It is important to exercise regularly as the human body needs it and if you hate exercising then you are not doing it right. Exercise is supposed to be fun and if you don’t like going to gym, try something else such as a dance or martial arts class. It is important to exercise regularly. Here are some tips on exercising:

  1. Set yourself a goal such as losing a dress size or gaining a certain amount of muscle. Once you have achieved this set yourself a new goal.
  2. Exercise regularly on a gradient as you work towards your goal. The more often you train the closer you will get to achieving your goal. Don’t strain yourself, train up to a point you can comfortably manage and push yourself just a little over that. Each week it should get easier and so increase the difficulty accordingly.
  3. Ask a professional. If you are not sure how to do an exercise ask a qualified professional to show you how. Whether its yoga or gym getting a teacher to show you the ropes can pay off big time. Correct technique is key when training to get good results and can also help prevent injuries.
