Glycogenics is a balanced B-complex formula that features a blend of B vitamins and complementary nutrients.

Ingredients are as follows:
125 mg of Vitamin C (as ascorbic acid), 14mg of Thiamin (as thiamin mononitrate), 16mg of Riboflavin, 200 mg of Niacin( as niacinamide mononitrate), 22 mg of Vitamin B6 (as pyridoxine HCl), 400 mcg of Folate (as calcium L-5-methyltetrahydrofolate+), 250 mcg of Vitamin B12 (as methylcobalamin), 250 mcg of Biotin, 75 mg of Pantothenic Acid (as D-calcium pantothenate), 100 mg of Choline (as choline bitartrate), 94 mg of Inositol and 15mg of para-Aminobenzoic Acid (PABA)
Direction: Take one tablet twice daily or as directed by your healthcare practitioner.
This product is gluten free and vegetarian.
