The Customer

agrees to be bound by these terms and conditions when using this website. This website is protected by copyright and no information may be reproduced or used in any way without the written consent of the managing member of Yan Health cc (“Yan Health”).

The use of any products or services purchased on this website is at all times the customer’s risk. It is imperative that the customer consults with a qualified health care practitioner in order to establish the suitability of the products or services purchased. Yan Health cannot be held responsible for any damage, illness or injury sustained, of any kind, suffered by the customer from using the products or services purchased from this website.

The customer may not use this website in contravention of any South African laws including but not limited to export laws and regulations.

Yan Health will not be held responsible for any loss, damage, or injury of any kind suffered by the customer in the event that the website is not available or any information provided is incorrect or inaccurate or contains typographical errors.

Yan Health shall not be liable for any loss of or damage to any Goods, howsoever arising, except where the loss or damage is intentionally caused by Yan Health.

 

Return Policies

The provision of all goods and services is subject to availability. In the case of goods or services being unavailable we will refund you in full within 30 working days. If there is something defective about the products you have purchased, or if you are shipped the wrong item, we will gladly refund you for that item, in full at the time of purchase, within 30 working days. If you are shipped the wrong item please make sure that you don’t open it or damage the packaging in any way, failure to do this will result in a rejection of your return. Orders that are cancelled by the customer after it has been paid for will attract a 10% charge for administration costs.

Yan Health reserves the right to cancel an order for which payment has already been received. This may occur if the quality of stock does not meet Yan Health’s standard, in this situation you will be refunded in full within 30 days.

Returns procedure:

  • Contact: info@yanhealth.co.za
  • Provide your name, date the order was placed, phone number and a description of the problem. (Please note if there is nothing defective about the product or the correct item was shipped to you, we will NOT process your return.)
  • A customer service consultant will contact you and provide you with a return code number.
  • NOTE: We can’t accept merchandise without a return code number.

 

Shipping Policies

We cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage caused by any 3rd party shipping companies.

Shipping limits

We can only ship products to a destination within the Republic of South Africa.  Postage for shipment of returns is the responsibility of the customer, however we will refund the original shipping and handling costs.
